Before you get started you will want to make sure that you have the following tools on hand:
1 Baking Sheet
1 large Crockpot or Slowcooker
1 Tablespoon measure
1 Spatula or Spoon
Before you get started you will want to make sure that you have the following ingredients on hand:
1 small bunch of Parsley (approx 1/4 cup)
1 medium Onion
2 stalks of Celery (approx 1 cup)
1 large or 2 medium Tart Apples (I like Granny Smith) (approx 1 cup)
1 Tbs Poultry Seasoning (be sure to check that it is gluten free)
A Loaf of Gluten Free Bread
1/4 cup Butter or Dairy Free Alternative
1 1/2 cup Chicken, Turkey or Vegetable Stock

Toast one loaf of gluten free bread on a baking sheet at 300 for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and cube.
1 loaf of gluten free bread toasted and diced.
Top: left 1 cup apple diced, right 1/4 cup parsley chopped Bottom: 1 cup celery chopped, 1 small onion diced
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup butter or non-dairy alternative melted.
1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning.
Mix parsley, celery, apple and onion with seasoning and 1/4 cup melted butter or non-dairy alternative.
Add toasted bread cubes and toss with 1 1/2 cups Chicken, Turkey or Vegetable Stock.
Cook, covered, on HIGH for 2 hours.
Resist opening the lid to keep all that moisture in.
Enjoy the Finished Product
Season with salt and pepper to taste, transfer to a serving dish or reduce heat to "warm" and serve directly from your crock.
