Cashew shake

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews (non salted)
  • 2 cups water

NOTE ** The cashews will need to soak in the water for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight

Strawberry Shake

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen stawberries
  • 2 tsp sugar or splenda

Instructions

  1. in a blender, blend cashews and the water they were soaked in
  2. once fully blended, dump in the frozen strawberries and sweetner of your choice
  3. blend everything together until smooth
  4. add more sweetner if you find it's not sweet enough, as the strawberries can sometimes be tart

Chocolate Shake

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 12 pitted dates
  • 10 large ice cubes

Instructions

  1. in a blender, blend cashews and the water they were soaked in
  2. once fully blended, add in the cocoa powder and dates
  3. blend everything together until well mixed
  4. add in the ice, and blend until smooth

makes 2 servings and can be doubled
