Ceviche de corvina

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh deboned corvina fish
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup of cellery (diced)
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. cut the fish into 1/4" pieces
  2. mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl with the fish
  3. store in the fridge for 12 hours

When ready, server with your favorite crackers, salty ones are recommended.
