- 1 egg
- 1 slice of white bread
- 1/8 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 pinch of diced parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- make a hole in the center of the slice of bread.
- put pan on stove on medium heat
- brown the bread in the frying pan
- crack the egg into the hole in the bread.
- add salt and parsley, then cover the frying pan.
- cook until the white of the egg is firm.
- serve as is or with salsa
