Orange cake

Ingredients

  • 100gr butter (1 stick)
  • juice from 2 orange
  • 100grams grated almonds
  • 250 grams flour
  • 9 grams backing powder
  • 2 eggwhites, beaten until foamy
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients in a bown slowly, add the eggs last
  2. pour the mixture into a greased pan
  3. bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees F
  4. once cooled, decorate with peeled orange slices
